Don't panic - your data is most likely recoverable. This usually happens due to account confusion or sync issues.
Recovery steps:
1) Ensure you turned on “Backup Data”. Notes won’t be synced in the when the “Backup Data” is turned off.
2) CHECK YOUR LOGIN METHOD - The most common cause is logging in with a different method. If you originally used Google Sign-in, use that again. Apple login creates a SEPARATE account.
3) FORCE REFRESH - Pull down on the main screen in the mobile app to force a sync. Wait 30 seconds for data to load.
4) CHECK WEB DASHBOARD - Visit app.twinmind.com and login with your original credentials. Often data appears here even if missing on mobile.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the app until you've tried all steps.
Lastly, Contact support with your original login email and approximate date when memories disappeared.
