Calendar and Account Setup

Make sure TwinMind has all the information it needs to work well!

TwinMind integrates with your calendar so that it can:

1. Send notifications reminding you to join meetings and take notes

2. Use context from calendar events to ensure your meeting notes are useful to you

First-time setup

• Sign in to TwinMind using your Google Workspace / Apple account.

• When prompted, grant the necessary calendar access permissions.

• Allow a few seconds for your meetings to sync.

• Verify the sync by checking your home screen on iphone or Android

Support for multiple calendars

If you’re using TwinMind for iPhone and want to change the calendars that show up in your upcoming meetings, follow these instructions in TwinMind.

TwinMind only supports multiple calendars through your primary account. To set this up:

1. Share additional calendars with your primary Google account, such that the events sync into there

2. Toggle visibility for your additional calendars

​Calendars from other Google accounts

You can share calendars from another Google account by following the steps here. Just share the calendars with the account that you log into TwinMind with, and wait a few minutes for the events to sync over.

If you’re experiencing calendar visibility issues, first check your calendar settings in TwinMind. Sometimes the app may default to the wrong calendar if you have multiple ones shared with your account.

Working with Outlook While TwinMind is optimized for Google / Apple Calendar, you can still

1. Link your Outlook calendar to Google Calendar.

2. Use TwinMind with your Google account.

3. Meetings should now appear from both calendars.

Note: This is an extra step, but it’s currently the only workaround.

Common calendar issues

• No Events Showing: If no meetings are visible:

  1. Check if the wrong calendar is selected by default.

  2. Verify your most-used calendar is selected under “Coming Up”.

  3. Toggle other calendars as needed.

• Calendar sync problems: If you’re experiencing sync issues:

  1. Ensure you are using the latest version of TwinMind.

  2. Double-check calendar permissions in Google.

  3. Consider signing out and back in.

  4. Contact support at support@twinmind.com if problems persist.
